This allows them to gain a good understanding of the market before they ever contact a Realtor. Similarly, sellers are interested in determining just what their property might be worth prior to making a decision to put their home on the market.
Searching for properties has never been easier. Our primary web site, MaineHomeConnection, offers two options. First, you can access the MLS directly, and be connected to each and every property that is currently for sale in Maine. Each property includes multiple photos, a synopsis of its features and video.
Access the Maine MLS:
Once you are linked to our MLS Search feature, you can select properties by REGION, TOWN and PRICE RANGE. Make your selections then click the SEARCH button. You can also streamline your search, by selecting special home features that interest you. If you need additional information on any property, it is easy to request it - and details are sent by email immediately.
Create an Automated Search:
Our Market Watch feature allows you to enter all the important criteria of your home search into one easy form. Once completed you will receive all the properties that match your requirements plus updates as new properties come on the market. You can modify your criteria at any time and choose updates from as short as 60 days up to 120 days. The feature is an excellent way to stay current with the market, especially if your move or purchase is not imminent.
Our site includes all Maine listings, by all participating Maine real estate companies. Each listing also includes the property address. You can organize your search by Property Type - Home, Condo, Multi-Family, Land; Property Features, Waterfront and many other options.
